From August 23 to 29, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Regional Coordinating Offices (RCOs) across 11 Scouting regions conducted Regional Searches, producing national candidates for the upcoming National Search for the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines in October. The Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines Association (TOBSPA) deployed its representatives as members of the technical and interview panels, fulfilling its annual role in the search and its mandate as the BSP’s developmental arm.
