The Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines Association (TOBSPA) participates in the Boy Scouts of the Philippines’ 68th Annual National Council Meeting (ANCM) which commences today, February 26. In the three-day ANCM, TOBSPA is exhibiting a booth focusing on the association’s key roles and accomplishments as it enters its milestone year.
