On the third day of the Search for the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines (TOBS), the National Finalists faced their final hurdle before the much-anticipated announcement of this year’s awardees. The final interview, conducted by the National Selection Committee, marked the culmination of the rigorous evaluation process.

The committee is chaired by Hon. Jose Mari G. Pelaez, member of the BSP National Executive Board, together with other members of the NEB and invited sectoral representatives, including past TOBS awardees, Atty. Jennoh H. Tequillo (TOBS 1993), Atty. Charls Mark B. Parcia (TOBS 1998), and DILG Assistant Secretary Atty. Jesi Howard S. Lanete (TOBS 2003).
