On the second day of the TOBS Search, the National Finalists faced the challenge of the Skills Test, designed to measure their practical competencies, problem-solving abilities, and precision in performing Scouting tasks while exemplifying courtesy, discipline, and teamwork. The test included three situational questions presented by the panel, focusing on each Scout’s ability to assess and respond effectively to real-life scenarios. These situations required the finalists to demonstrate a broad range of Scouting skills, reflecting both technical knowledge and presence of mind.
