The 2025 Search for the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines officially kicks off with the Opening and Regional Awarding Ceremonies held at the BSP National Executive Board Room on October 26.
The program highlighted and recognized all 26 National Finalists from across 11 Scouting regions, each vying to be part of this year’s Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines.
