The Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP), through the Panel for Technical Evaluation of Documents, convenes to deliberate on the Character and Leadership and Community Service components for the 2025 Search for the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines. The panel is chaired by BSP National Office Field Operations Division Chief Sofronio D. Hontanosas, with Carl Andre F. Santiago, TOBS 2019 and TOBSPA President, serving as the panel’s Vice Chairperson.

The official results of the Technical Evaluation of Documents have been signed and sealed and will be transmitted to the TOBS National Selection Committee.
