The Boy Scouts of the Philippines concludes the week-long technical evaluation of the documents of the National Finalists for the 35th Search for the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines. Members of the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines Association (TOBSPA) took part in the final day of evaluation, preparing for the final deliberation to be held tomorrow, October 17, at the BSP National Office.
