Ben B. Secretario, TOBS 2002, Chairperson of the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines Association (TOBSPA) and WOSM Consultant for Social Impact, served as a Resource Person and Panelist during the APR Social Impact and Advocacy Workshop held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from June 26 to 29, 2025.

On Day 2 (June 27), he led the Social Impact Session, presenting the WOSM Social Impact Measurement Toolkit in his capacity as WOSM Consultant. On Day 4 (June 29), he took part in the Advocacy Session on 'Advocating for the SDGs in the Public and Private Sector.' Also present at the workshop were TOBSPA members Diane Eden I. Villasis, TOBS 2016, the current Regional Youth Representative to WOSM-APR, and Mark Leo B. Sales, TOBS 2022, the National Coordinator of World ATAS Philippines.

Aside from Ben Secretario's official role with WOSM, his continued presence and support in these platforms reflect TOBSPA’s unwavering commitment as the developmental arm of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, championing youth development, impact, and advocacy across the Asia-Pacific Region and the world.
