The Boy Scouts of the Philippines was represented by TOBSPA Chairman Atty. Charls Mark B. Parcia, TOBS 1998 and Yasser F. Sarona, LT, TOBS 2000 in the launch of the ‘Global Program For Training of Trainers’ at the Holiday Inn Izdihar Hotel in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 20th to 23rd May 2012.

The event is organized by World Organization of the Scout Movement’s (WOSM) Messenger of Peace (MoP) project and the King Abdul Aziz Center for National Dialogue (KACND), in collaboration with the World Scout Foundation.  The goals of the program are to enhance dialogue culture globally and to enable the participants to develop skills in dialogue and effective communication with others.  After completing the program, participants are certified trainers to spread the culture of dialogue.
